For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At NOD, we process the information provided by individuals to manage relationships with Site users and, where applicable, to provide services or fulfill existing contractual relationships between users and NOD.

In order to offer products and services according to your interests, we will create a “commercial profile” using the information provided. If we make an offer to purchase your property and you accept it, we may also analyze your financial solvency based on the information you have provided, in order to evaluate the suitability and risk of the transaction. No automated decisions will be made based on the mentioned profile.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be retained until the data subject requests its deletion.

In any case, the data will not be kept for longer than necessary for the purposes described above, without prejudice to the conservation required for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or as provided for by applicable legislation.
